  • This is different for everyone.

    • You may want support for a specific concern, such as anxiety, grief, or relationship difficulties.

    • You may be going through a life change or transition that feels overwhelming or uncertain.

    • You may be feeling stuck, stressed, or not quite yourself and want space to explore what’s going on.

    • You may want a supportive space to reflect, better understand yourself, or work through what’s been on your mind.

  • $110 per session.

  • This is up to you! We can discuss this together in your first session.

  • Sessions are 50-60 minutes in length.

  • This is up to you. At the beginning, I would usually suggest weekly. Overtime this can change. We can discuss this together in your first session.

  • Each session is a space for you to talk about whatever feels most important to you.

    I will listen carefully and support you as you explore what’s going on in your life. No session is the same.

    You are always in control of what you choose to share, and we can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

  • All information you share is kept confidential. The only limits to this are if there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person, if I am required by law to disclose information, or as part of my professional supervision. In supervision, identifying details are kept to a minimum. Where possible, I will aim to discuss any need to share information with you first.
